A sparrow rests on ornamental bronze work in an outside stairway window. Walking up some stairs within the serene setting of the City of David in Jerusalem, Israel. Reminder that God loves his creation small and large. Fun correlation noticed by the photographer, there are 16 vines or branches in the bronze and First Samuel 16 contains the history of King David's anointing by Samuel.
